Overview
Sunny all-exterior family flat with swimming pool just 200 m from promenade and seafront, in a very quiet area.
Washing-drying machine, dish-washing, fridge, toaster, microwave, vitro-ceramic kitchen, oven, and all the stuff you need to enjoy your holidays as if you were in your own home.
No car needed as it is just 10 minutes walking from the city centre and 10 minutes walking from the main two beaches with the EU blue flag.
You can find a bakery, butchery, supermarket, GP doctor and pharmacy in less than 100 m.
The space
This is a lovely three bedroom apartment on the top floor of a modern building – with a nice modern lift.
It has a secure, gated entrance and is very convenient for Santa Pola sea-front, harbour and town centre.
There is plenty of free parking directly by the doorstep from September to June. During July and August you will need to walk about 5 minutes to park.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has a large balcony that attracts the sun from early morning right through to sunset. This is an advantage for most of the year, and folding awnings are available to protect from the sun when the temperature is too high.
It is fantastic to have a dinner ‘al fresco’ on the balcony when the weather is nice.
It also provides a desk if you eventually need to work with your computer.
The swimming pool is available free of charge during Summer season (July & August and some days in June & September)

We have been coming back to Santa Pola for a number of years. We "discovered" the city more or less by chance and we really liked the atmosphere and the Valencian rhythm. We also like it very much because the place has well preserved its authenticity. No hordes of drunken tourists who have no regard for the surroundings. Fine for us. Well, Spaniards with an apartment for the holidays and days off. Then it is also a lot busier in Santa Pola, but still pleasant.We like Francisco and Monica's apartment because it is conveniently located for us, parking is always possible in the area and of course the spacious apartment with the large balcony.It can still get warm in the house because there is no air conditioning. There are fans on the ceiling, which is nice.Francisco is always easy to reach and answers quickly and clearly. Nice if you need or want to know something.For us, staying in this apartment in Santa Pola is a great preference.
We just had a wonderful long weekend in Santa Pola and this apartment was the cherry on the cake! Lovely flat with all conveniences and appliances included, very bright and luminous. Its ample terrace is a joy to relax at.Whether one wants to enjoy the Mediterranean sea & sun at the beach or the leisure and recreation area of its Marina, it's all within a 5 minute stroll.There is also a supermarket within a two minute walking distance and the neighborhood is full of restaurants and places to eat and drink.Our friendly landlord was very flexible with our arrival time and made sure we had our needs fully covered beyond the usual assistance available to customers for these types of rentals.Top ratings fully deserved!
